The textbook is complete. It is a very useful tool for nursing students. Nice illustrations and presentation of techniques.
Don't buy if you need Access Code-Does not come with!!! September 18, 2008
Great book but to utilize everything from the book you will need the Acess Code to My Nursing Lab which after receiving I realized it did not come with the book. There is no way to know when purchasing that it does not come with the code. Now the Access Code has to be purchased, additionall $$$$.

Brand new book, arrived promptly and I'll be certainly using it for the next year's ahead through Nursing school.

The book was fine and looked like before the horrible packing and handling practices, it was in excellent shape. The box used to ship it in was bent, folded horrbily, and untaped. The book had a nasty gash on the front cover from obviously being caught and yanked on something sharp edged. I will order from Amazon again, but I hope this review will shape whoever shipped my item to have more consideration for my patronage.

I got the book in a very reasonable amount of time. I was very happy with the service provided, and the book was in the condition in which they stated it would be. I really needed this book for my clinicals at the hospital, so I am happy I got it on time, and in the condition they said.
