These CDs are full of specific skills needed to perform a thorough physical assessment. Each area of content includes information related to documentation of your findings, in a format that is concise and relevant. The content is geared towards the BS student, but would be valuable for the beginning practitioner as well. A valuable resource for nurses, well worth the cost. Highly recommended.
