The math, vocabulary, grammar, reading, and a&p portions were all really helpful. The chemistry portion was not helpful at all.

If you have to take an admission exam by this company buy this book it helps to prepare for test.Test had some of the same question from study guide.Book was expensive but I did get admitted to the Nursing program.I flew through the test questions.

It's been a while since I've done basic math, science, and true reading comprehension. Evolve really broke everything down into step by step instructions with pictures and explanations for everything! The math was very helpful with the cross multiplying, mutliplying fractions, review of long division, etc. There's 8 different chapters - each with a subject that can be tested on the exam. Use this book, highlight in it, make your own notes, DO the practice problems provided. I felt extremely prepared for the exam and HIGHLY suggest this for other students.

At first I thought the book was pretty simple. When I took the Hesi the math was pretty much exactly like the book and so were the vocabulary words. The anatomy was nothing like the Hesi and it was too basic. If you need a good review of fractons, ratios, and vocab it is worth the $. I did find a few math answer errors.
