Easy return of broken pin January 7, 2009
Bought this as a gift for a friend. It's a little smaller than I expected, but it's quite pretty. When my friend put it on the first time, the clasp broke. I found it very easy to return for an identical (unbroken) replacement, which arrived quickly.
