Very Satisfied January 9, 2009 The FURminator really does a great job of getting at that ever present "downey" fur. It helps to rectify the constant shedding that comes with the season changes. I'm very satisfied with the FURminator!
Better than expected! January 9, 2009 After several people told me how much they like the FURminator for their pets, I decided to buy one. I got the medium sized one for my Corgi and it is absolutely perfect! Easier to use than I expected, and gets out more hair than I expected too. The handle is easy to grip and is comfortable too, which pleases me because I have arthritic hands. My 7 month old Corgi stands still for it (and she stands still for hardly anything!) so I know it feels good to her when I use it on her. I rarely get enthusiastic about pet needfuls but I'd advise anyone not to hesitate to buy a FURminator. If it works on the notoriously thick-coated shedding Corgi dog, it'll work on any breed.
Wonderful January 9, 2009 The Furminator is amazing! I have a mixed breed dog (German Shepard and beagle) who sheds quite a bit. I bought the Furminator shortly after I adopted her but I didn't realize how great it was until I lost it. I was reluctant to buy another, since they aren't cheap, but was compelled to do so since without the brush her fur was turning up everywhere! My dog doesn't love being groomed but she got used to the Furminator pretty quickly and tolerates it well. I would highly recommend this product.
Worth Every Penny January 9, 2009 I have asthma and this really helps reduce the dander from our dog's fur. Especially great with his thick coat. Do not hesitate to buy one. It'll be the last comb you'll ever need.
Bring Us Your Matted, Starving Dogs Yearning to be Groomed...... January 9, 2009 Hammock Rider, a stray three-legged dog, was adopted by Mother and me because we're good people with heart. We couldn't bear to see him die on the streets of the Estates due to lack of sufficient cups of meat. Fur so matted and soiled, we felt hopeless to groom him, but the Furminator came through. Once a feisty little mutt, now a calm puppy since we had him - neutered.
