I was very happy with the product but they sent me twice as many as I had ordered.I also orderded the pet heated insert for his bed,they charged me freight when it was supposed to be free. I called them and I thought It had been corrected but it came all wrong and sometimes you just dont feel like dealing with it any more.I wonder how many people dont complain just like me.Live and learn I gusss.Neil They were very hard to understand on the phone and they kept asking the same questions over and over. Once again live and learn.

This helps protect the animal from the heat. The snuggle safe heating pad itself is very hot and it would hurt the animal if they had direct contact with it. This cover ensures that they are not hurt. It isn't necessary to buy it really, you could just fold a blanket around it.

A must have to cover the heated pad: when taking puppies to the vet or going to a winter dog show. It stays on when a towel won't.

Helps keep hedgie nice and warm, but not too warm :)
It fits better than the one that came with the snuggle safe disc.
