I just use the H and P December 9, 2008 That is pretty much all I used it for ... can get photocopies and even better forms are out there.
Get Hancock instead December 5, 2008 Try "The Practitioner's Pocket Pal, Ultra Rapid Medical Reference" 2nd ed. by Jim Hancock (about $17).. Maxwell's is very cute but very small.

Maxwell Medical Quick Reference November 22, 2008 For $7.95...ok. Not exactly what I expected. Probably wouldn't buy it again if I had any idea how small it was. Info is good ...just not much of it and there's better stuff out there now.
