Better than my classmates Littman October 25, 2008
I bought this because of the reviews and I wasn't disappointed. I am a nursing student and most of the class have Littman, mine beats most of them.

There are plenty of cheap stethoscopes out there, but for just a little more, I got stainless steel construction and lots of extras. It works great, as good as the top of the line models for many times more. It actually is a top-performing instrument and will last a lifetime.
The only problem I have is that too many people want to "borrow" it. But I have no problem saying "no."

I am a current nursing student and I always had trouble hearing lung sounds and finding my pt.'s PMI using my cheap stethoscope so I decided to buy a better one. I didnt want to spend too much money but i didnt want to invest in something that would eventually need replacing due to poor quality. I was hesitant on this one because it wasn't a littmann but after an hour of research I bought it and I am very happy with my purchace. It is very good I recommend this scope espcially for the price tag!
