Bought this around 6 months ago. Still works and sounds great. I compared it with the Cardiology Steth by Littmann, and you'd expect a huge drop off in quality of sound, and theyre wasnt. It sounded as good.
****** I guess the only con worth mentioning is its appearance. Looks a little goofy, but if you're on a budget, the quality is better than other lesser brands. Littmann is pretty much the only brand you should use as a professional. (what i mean is, it is, and should be the basic brand. Anything less is functional, but not as good)

Better Than Cardiology II at Great Price! May 6, 2008
My wife is an RN, who has used Littman's Cardiology II stethoscope for years until its tube broke a couple of weeks ago. She loves this stethoscope even more, and the price is terrific.
