great service December 19, 2008
I had originally ordered this with a stethoscope and was disappointed as the engraveable tag was missing, I didn't make a big deal about it but when I was doing my customer review I wrote this in, and wow bp medical supplies replied promptly and fixed the situation. They sent me a new one with the engraveable tag I was looking to engrave myself, and they must have shipped it express as I got it within 3 days. I am really happy with there service and as I'm taking an EMT course and my friends are looking for medical equipment I am going to refer them to bp medical supplies. The product is just that and won't change company to company, but service like that from bp medical supplies will make me keep them on my "go to list" for any further medical equipment.

This is a product that I would recommend if you want to look sharp (and if you are a health professional, chances are you do). The one thing that I immediately noticed from this was a complete lack of English instructions. They have instructions in French, Dutch, Italian, Spanish, Norse, Portuguese, Hebrew, Japanese...It had every language covered - except this one. Ridiculous? Ummm *nods head*. Yeah. Otherwise, good. Oh, since it lacks English instructions, let me clue you in on how to install this on your Littmann. The strap needs to go completely under the part where you stick on the tag. Don't allow it to go through the hole or else you won't get the tag on properly. Don't know why they have a hole there in the first place. You'll know what I'm talking about once you're holding it in your hands. Hope this helps.

It fits my stethoscope like a glove, and you can send away to get a plate with your name engraved on it. Definitely a good idea since I meet a zillion people everyday at the hospital with the exact same stethoscope as me!
