It was my BIBLE during nursing school!I used it as a review for preparation to NCLEX!I didn't use expencive KAPLAN, passed NCLEX from 75 questions!English is my second language, this book was very helpfull!YOU SHOULD HAVE IT IF YOU CONSIDER TO BECOME A NURSE!

5 out of 5 stars Worth it.   June 20, 2010
Dean Norris (Central Maine)
I bought this for my wife, she heard it was the best review book. It was - she passed. The included CD is important to do after the book has been gone through - it alerts you to areas you are weak in where you may not be aware of the weakness. Make sure you allot enough time for the CD - it might make all the difference for you and save months of delay and the stress of retesting. Good luck.

5 out of 5 stars Passed NCLEX with 75 questions!   June 11, 2010
Kimberley Caudill
I have about 4 different NCLEX books in addition to using the NCSBN website for the learningext program for 3 weeks. The Saunders questions were number one in helping me pass NCLEX. A friend of mine recommended it to me, saying she did all the questions on the CD and that was it, to prepare her for the NCLEX a few years back, and she passed with 75. So, I basically did what she did, but I was only about to get about 2000 questions done. I felt the questions helped me the most! Awesome, awesome book! THANK YOU!

3 out of 5 stars Not as good as I expected.   June 5, 2010

I struggled with this book. It is hard to get through. I am using Exam Cram to get through a review of stuff and then I beleive this will help. The rationales are better, but hard to gain info from.

This book is the most comprehensive review book I have come across. It includes a CD that is most helpful for NCLEX practice.
