5 out of 5 stars This is a must have for any nursing student!!   April 16, 2010
Carrie Priest (Marysville, OH USA)
I can't say enough about this book. I think it is the best review book and NCLEX questions out there. I have 3 review books and about 6 books with questions and this is what I intend to focus on for the NCLEX. It's broken down by system, and each system is followed with a chapter on medications for that system. The questions from the 3rd edition are almost all the same in the 4th edition. So if you are tight on money, go with the 3rd edition.

5 out of 5 stars Best study companion that I've ever had   April 9, 2010

I graduated last May and before taking my NCLEX in late June, I took a NCLEX review course. The book that we had to buy was the Saunders NCLEX review book. This was the only book/CD that I used and honestly, it's the reason why I passed at 75 questions on my first attempt. The book itself is a great resource but what I found most helpful was the CD. At least here in WI, NCLEX is all on computers and it was nice to try to get a feel of the kinds of questions that would be on the NCLEX.

My advice to anybody taking NCLEX: skim through the book, realize where your strengths and weaknesses are and focus on those with the CD.

5 out of 5 stars This book is amazing.   March 29, 2010

My teacher recommended this book to me because I was having trouble with the nursing processing question on my test. I really improved with just the practice question and the rational. Every nursing student should get this book.

5 out of 5 stars A must for RN-NCLEX review!   March 26, 2010

Love the format! The availability of an ATI type pre-exam test to let you know where your weak areas are is a huge bonus!

5 out of 5 stars A nurse needing review   March 22, 2010

I am stationed with my husband overseas. I am not able to work during this deployment. I was worried that I would lose some of my medical knowledge. I bought this book to help me review and to add to my knowledge base. This book is great. Unlike nursing school, this book is simple. It gives you the basics of the disease process and the nursing and medical interventions. This book comes with a CD. You can use the review mode or quiz mode. This book is worth the money. Whether you are a nursing student or practicing nurse, this book is a great education tool.
